You also have access to physicians in every state who consult, determine eligibility, and order medications and supplies (syringes, alcohol swabs) shipped free to your door within a week, provide refills, and facilitate dose adjustments. • As a member, you also have access to thousands in savings through our OughtMed On Demand shop where you can request additional discounted testing, imaging, peptides and biologics, appointments, and purchase supplements from Fullscript at a discount.

Pricing starts at $199/ month and can increase up to $399 a month depending on choice of medication and dose. Most patients pay around $249-$299/ month for maximally effective weight loss and less for weight maintenance.. The cost of either program is still far below what is available by prescription and is highly competitive with most wholesale compounding pharmacies.

On average, weight loss for Tirzepatide is ~ 22% and Semaglutide ~16%. These are averages based on large studies and reputable journals, but many patients are able to lose significantly more weight than average on both medications.

The primary differences between the two programs are the weight and health goals of the patients. • Patients 20 pounds or more overweight or who need to lose > 10% of their body weight to improve weight related health conditions would be best suited for the Weight Loss Program with higher final doses of GLP-1 receptor agonists. • Patients who have previously lost significant weight and need help to maintain progress or who do not have much more to lose and are trying to avoid the side effects of higher dosing, the Weight Maintenance Program with lower doses of GLP-1 medication is a better option. • Each prospective client will be individually evaluated through a medical history and brief intake with the doctor, and a decision will be made as quickly as possible, usually on the same day. Prescriptions you fill at a commercial pharmacy are the pure form of the GLP-1 agonist medication. The FDA permits semaglutide and tirzepatide to be mixed with other compounds such as Glycine, B6, and B12 to meet unique patient needs and to help manage side effects. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved and have not undergone FDA review for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing, but they are available and allowable with a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider who deems them necessary as off-label use.
