For $350/ month (billed annually at $4,200), OughtMed Wellness Program Members undergo a detailed 60 min intake appointment with Dr. Turner, a comprehensive panel of labs including > 120 biomarkers worth > $3,000, four genomic tests for BioAge, cellular health, medication sensitivity, and nutritional tendencies, hair tissue mineral analysis, an extended appointment to review testing results, and a personalized report including detailed action steps and recommendations specifically aimed at your risk factors, genetics, and findings.
Members also receive complimentary lab re-testing over 80 biomarkers that are influenced by lifestyle interventions at the 6 month mark to track your progress (>$2,000 value)
In addition, Members have access to OughtMed on Demand for additional specialized testing such as Galleri Multi-Cancer Early Detection, whole body MRI, discounted supplements, and additional appointments as needed with the doctor at pre-negotiated provider-only prices.
There are no binding contracts and you can cancel at any time up to 24 hours before your next annual payment is charged.
We include over 120 key biomarkers across every major organ system to assess bio age, inflammation, cardiac risk factors, metabolic health, autoimmune predisposition, hormonal status, endocrine stability, and genetic predispositions, among others.
After 6 months of lifestyle modification, we repeat 80+ of the key markers that are impacted by changes in nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other healthy habits to check your progress.
Members also get annual evaluation of genetic BioAge, Genetic cellular health, and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
Additionally, members have a baseline pharmacogenetic and nutrigenomic evaluation during their introduction to the program.
Our Wellness Program lab panel is designed to be comprehensive and far beyond what the vast majority of patients will ever have evaluated in traditional medical settings. We feel confident you will learn information that will inform your choices for your health, so it is a starting point for every patient in the wellness program.
You will have an opportunity to upload PDFs, JPEGs, or screenshots of your prior labs for the doctor to evaluate, and your new panel of labs can be compared to prior testing as part of your health tracking.
Yes! As an OughtMed client, you will have exclusive access to OughtMed on Demand where you can choose from many additional specialized laboratory panels at special OughtMed rates.
